Noble Public Adjusting Group Helped When No One Else Would

June 13, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Noble Public Adjusting Group, in Panama City Beach, FL, helped a local woman with her Property Insurance Claim after many others turned her away.

Pam Capps was living a very modest life in her Florida trailer when Hurricane Michael hit. Like most, she had no idea how badly the hurricane would devastate her life or her property. Ms. Capps was carrying Property Insurance at the time but it was considered a low-value property which negatively affected her situation. Ms. Capps followed the protocol of filing a claim to initiate the Claims Process, and after the Insurance Company failed to appear at a number of appointments, she began taking photographs and submitted those as evidence. The Insurance Company remained difficult to work with and was only offering Ms. Capps $1600. Over the next few months, Ms. Capps made numerous calls to Public Adjusters and Attorneys to ask for their assistance only to be told they would not take her case because she did not have enough value in her property.

Ms. Capps’ circumstance is not unusual for many living in the communities affected by Hurricane Michael and a large number have been forced into this kind of hopeless pitfall, which unfortunately puts those who are already struggling into an even more difficult situation.

Ms. Capps had been hearing about Noble Public Adjusting Group and seen an episode of the reality TV series, Insurance Wars. She decided to post a comment on their social media page and shortly after, owner and founder of Noble Public Adjusting Group, James ‘Bo’ Williamson, whose PA firm the series is based on, personally replied to Ms. Capps. Bo asked Ms. Capps to give him a call on his cell phone, assuring her that he would help. After Noble got involved with her Claim, the process began making traction and Ms. Capps started receiving checks from her Insurance Company. She was soon able to start the restoration on her property and get her life back.

Ms. Capps was incredibly grateful for Noble’s assistance and she had this to say, ”They are the most honest and trustworthy people. They become your family. They just do. I was so down and depressed all those months and once Noble got involved, it was like they were hugging me. They took care of everything. Everyone I talked to at Noble was so helpful and so nice and they were always there for me. I know how hard it can be to try to do this alone, when no one will help, and when you’ve lost everything. But all you have to do is just trust the folks at Noble because they really do care. They really are helping a lot of people out here and no matter what, they always get back with you. Every time I had a question they always got back with me. Bo told me he would help me and that’s exactly what he did. He was there for me when no one else was. He wouldn’t accept any money from me either. He forfeited all of it, for me, and he didn’t charge me anything. I just can’t say enough about Noble, about what they did. No words can express what they did for me or describe the kind of people they are.”

Noble Public Adjusting Group is the only Local Public Adjuster in the area and in helping Ms. Capps with her Claim, they were able to get her Insurance Company to pay the full Policy Limits of $45,000 in property damages.
