The Winning Leader assessment is an online leadership quality assessment for coaches and training professionals in any sport. The 14-question assessment scores a participant on team focus, personal work ethic, decision making, communication, and other leadership parameters.

The LeaderKit leadership development program is designed for professional athletes & coaches, athletic directors, head sports coaches, managers, and performance trainers. The program features one-to-one 30-minute focused discussions with leadership strategist Jeremy Boone and access to leadership tips, a private leadership community, and participant-specific advice. The goal of these sessions is to identify and implement breakthrough solutions to longstanding coaching or team problems.

Boone has worked directly with more than 10,000 coaches in the past two years and has facilitated small group and large group discussions for coaching professionals across the country.

The program emphasizes the development of leadership skills as opposed to management skills. The Winning Leader assessment is open to coaches at a high school, collegiate, professional, or Olympic level. The goal of LeaderKit strategies is to create a culture of winning and foster powerful positive experiences for athletes of all ages.

According to program creator Jeremy Boone, “Since March 1, 2019, I have now spoken to over 5,000 coaches and athletic directors who want to become better leaders for their program. The incredible feedback alone is proof that there is a huge need for leadership development in sports.”

The Winning Leader is a sports leadership coaching service headed by founder Jeremy Boone, a Charlotte-based leadership coach, consultant, and motivational speaker.
